Bracketing
Bracketing is the act of taking multiple photos of the same subject and manipulating the camera settings to capture differing photos. For the three photographs above, I kept an ISO of 400 and an aperture of F8, but changed the shutter speed one full stop in both directions. I began at an aperture of 1600, but took the second picture one full stop brighter at an SS of 800. I then took the third picture one full stop darker with an SS of 3200. For the first picture, the light meter was at 0. For the second picture, the light meter was at +1. For the third picture, the light meter was at -1.
